E/V Studio

A working architecture studio, situated on a rural site in the Hudson River Valley. The property includes barns, outbuildings, and a former hunting lodge converted to residential use. The studio is a simple compact form marked by subtle geometric distortions. In this rural context, I wanted to pay homage to the sense of history, place, and local vernacular—not as a nostalgic recall, but to highlight the fundamentally modern character of these compact volumes and simple geometries closely tied to the landscape.
